Your opinion is valuable to us! An opportunity has arisen for NHS Hillingdon Clinical Commissioning Group to consult with patients, carers, member practices and stakeholders to review the current experience of, and access to, interpreting and translation services offered in GP Surgeries.

This 12 week consultation will take place starting Wednesday 24th April 2019 and run until Wednesday 17th July 2019.

The focus of this consultation relates to, but is not limited to:

  1. How patients and carers access interpreting and translation services
  2. Their experiences of these services
  3. What improvements /standards should be adhered to that would ensure that those with a need for interpreting and translation services are able to access the service in a timely manner to the wider benefit of their healthcare needs.

We are committed to offering a good Interpreting Service for the population in Hillingdon.  We recognise that we can only do this if we build strong relationships by listening and learning from other organisations, patients, carers, and member practices.

We would like to hear from you and this can be done in the following ways:

  1. Patient Survey
  2. Member Practices
