Mental Health Services

As many as one in four people will experience some form of mental illness at some point in their lives. Mental health problems range from reactions to normal life events, such as bereavement and relationship breakdowns and depression, to more complex conditions such as schizophrenia.

The main provider of mental health care in Hillingdon is Central North West London NHS Trust.

Information about getting help in a crisis can be found on the Central North West London NHS Foundation Trust website.

Crisis Cards are available in all Central North West London NHS Foundation Trust Mental Health Units and Teams.

If you are experiencing mental health problems it is important to know that you are not alone. There is plenty of help out there to improve your mental well-being. The first place to get help is your GP.
