    The campaign is being supported by health and fitness guru Louise Thompson from Made in Chelsea and Vas J Morgan cast member of The Only Way is Essex, who has recently been open in talking about his mental health.

    The NHS has launched their winter campaign ‘Help Us Help You know what to do’ designed to help keep you well and help keep our NHS services running well this winter.

    The campaign aims to increase peoples’ understanding of the actions they can take to help the NHS help them. This could be visiting the pharmacist at the first sign of illness, managing symptoms at home, getting the flu jab, self-care or using NHS 111 for help.

  9. Update on our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) Transformation Plan 2018 Refresh

    2019/20 will be the final year of the national transformation plan for young people’s mental health services set out in Future In Mind.

    The Hillingdon CAMHS plan has been updated and assured by Hillingdon CCG, Hillingdon Council and local partners and submitted to NHS England. The refreshed CAMHS Transformation Plan will be published on the CCG website in the New Year.
